SWAP is established for the expressed purpose of hosting semesterly clothing swap events. Through the planning and execution of these and other events, the club will uphold the following responsibilities: Sustainability: Promoting an environmentally-friendly mode of shopping. Wearing Confidence: Encouraging self-expression among UVA students. Accessibility: Providing physical and financial access to secondhand clothing. Promoting Community: Bringing together UVA students in a fun social setting. No SWAP-sponsored project shall contradict any of the aforementioned responsibilities. SWAP understands school policies and is committed to abiding by said policies.
